Kupari was reassigned to AHL Ontario on Wednesday.
Kupari was demoted to make room for Austin Strand and Christian Wolanin on the active roster. Kupari's drawn into 37 games with the Kings this season, picking up nine points over that span, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him back with the big club following the All-Star break.
