White picked up his second assist in seven games with the primary helper on Jesper Boqvist's first-period marker. The 24-year-old White has just three assists with 11 hits and a plus-2 rating through 14 contests overall. The Ontario native will likely continue to compete with Christian Jaros for a bottom-pairing job until Dougie Hamilton (jaw) returns.
