Johnston scored at 4:03 of the second period, making an impact in his first game since Jan. 13. The 27-year-old grinder isn't going to play many significant minutes as he competes for a bottom-six role. He's at three points, three shots on net, four PIM and 30 hits through 10 appearances this season. He'll likely stay in the lineup if Casey Cizikas (illness) can't play Tuesday versus the Senators.
