Chiefs fans are ready for a Brittany Matthews champagne shower

Should the Chiefs defeat the Bengals in Sunday’s AFC Championship game, Kansas City faithful want Brittany Matthews to break out the bubbly.

Ahead of kickoff, the fiancée of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes revealed that Chiefs fans would welcome a champagne shower from one of Kansas City’s biggest fans amid the recent criticism she’s endured.

Matthews went viral on social media last week after spraying champagne from her suite following the Chiefs’ epic divisional round win against the Bills. Matthews took a positive approach in response to the backlash, creating “Team Brittany” shirts with plans to donate the proceeds to an anti-bullying charity in Kansas City.
