Rochester Music Hall of Famer Tony Levin talks about his new book "Life on the Road"

Musician Tony Levin, who has played bass guitar on hundreds of albums and major hits like Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer” and Paul Simon’s “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover,” discussed his new photography book "Images from a Life on the Road" in The Atrium at Eastman Place on Saturday.

Levin, an Eastman School of Music graduate and Rochester Music Hall of Fame inductee, Class of 2018, spoke as part of the Rochester Music Hall of Fame series “Books Backstage.”
"Life on the Road" is a 240-page book featuring photographs taken by Levin that chronicle his 40 years of performing with the likes of Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Paul Simon, Peter Frampton, and others.

He has two previously published photo books, "Road Photos" and "Crimson Chronicles."
