Harrison's 10-day contract with the Grizzlies expired Saturday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Harrison spent a week and a half with the Grizzlies but didn't appear in any games. Assuming he doesn't land another 10-day contract, he'll presumably return to the G League's Delaware Blue Coats.
