McMichael scored a goal, dished an assist and went plus-2 in Friday's 5-0 win over the Stars.
McMichael set up Trevor van Riemsdyk's first-period tally before scoring one of his own in the second. This was the second multi-point game of McMichael's career, the other being a two-assist effort versus the Senators on Oct. 25. The 21-year-old is up to six tallies, 14 points, 68 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating through 41 contests. He's been limited to bottom-six work for much of the season, but he's held onto his place in the lineup regularly in his first full campaign.
