STORM TEAM FORECAST WITH METEOROLOGIST,IF TFANY, SAVONA. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LANCASTER COUNTY HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE EARLY AS THE SNOW HAS BASICLYAL TAPERED OFF ACROSS THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY TODAY. WE’LL SEE A GRADUAL CLEARING FROM WEST TO EAST FOR SO MOSTLY CLOUDY RIGHT NOW, BUT I DO THINK WE WILLEE S THE SUNSHINE THIS AFTERNOON IT IS GOING TO BE A WINDY DAY GUST 35 TO 40 MILES PER HOUR. IS ONLY IN THE LOW MIDDLE 20S THAT'L’ RESULT IN WDIN CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ALL DAY LONG MAINLY CLEAR AND FRIGID TONIGHT. WE DROP DOWN INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AS FAR AS TEMPERATUSRE GO NOW THE WIND SPEEDS COME DOWN, BUT THEY’RE STILL GOING TO SYTA ELEVATED WHICH WILL BNGRI THOSE WIND CHILLS DOWN EVEN LOWER TO RUN ZERO DEGREES BY TOMORROW MORNING TOMORROW AFTERNOON INCREASING CLOUDS LATE DAY FLURRIES. NOTHING MORE THAN THAT THOUGH AS A WEAK DISTURBANCE PASSES. ACROSS THE REGION AND IT WON’T BE QUITE AS WINDY TOMORROW WITH TEMPERATURES CLIMBING IONT THE UPPER0S 2 TO NEAR 30 DEGREES SUPER DOPPLER 8 SHOWING THE SNOW TAPERING OFF OVER THE PAST HOUR OR SO ACROSS PORTIONS 11 AND LANCASTER COUNTY THAT HAS BEEN SNOWING ALL MORNING LONG FOR MUCH OF LANCASTER COUNTY NOW FINALLY ENDING WITH THE EXCEPTIONOR F AREAS EAST OF EPHRATA. SO PARADISE AND GAP, YOU MAY STILL HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF LIGHT SNOW FALLING DOWN INTO AREAS EAST OF QUARRYVILLE. THAT IS AUTBO IT. AND AS WE ZOOM OUT, WE DO HAVE A LOT OF CLOUDS ACROSS THE REGION LIKE I MENTIONED THESE SHOULD BE CLEARING OUT GRADUAL ALYS THE DAY WEARS ONUT B LOOK AT WHERE THE HEAVY SNOW IS THIS HEAVY SNOW BDAN WAS OVER THE JERSEY SHORELL A MORNING LONG AND IT PRODUCED A LOT OF SNOW. I’LL SHOW YOU THOSE TOTALS IN STJU A SECOND BUT THE JERSEY SHORE DELAWARE BEACHES UP INTO NGLO ISLAND AND NEW ENGLAND BLIZZARD WARNINGS IN EFFT ECDAN FOLKS WILL BE MEASURING SNOW IN FEET COMPADRE TO INCHES. LOOK AT AVALON, NEW JERSEY 15 INCHES SO FAR AND IT’S STILL SNOWING THERE REHOBOTH BEACH CLOSE TO A FTOO OF SNOW CAPE MAY 11 INCHES, OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND NENI INCHES AND THE PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SIX INCHES AT THIS TIME. NOWHERE NEAR THAT HERE IN THE SUSQUEHAANN VALLEY MANOFY YOU SAW AT LEAST A COATING OF SNOW MADE ROADS SLICK AND SLIPPERY AND SNOW COVER. THIS MORNING AND MANY LOCATIONS. THIS IS A LIVE. LOOK AT OUR YORK SKY CAMERA, MOSTLY CLOUDY AND AT LEAST WHERE WE’RE LOOKI ANGT IT LOOKS LIKE ETH ROADS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE FROM THAT VANTAGE POINT NOW TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE TEENS ALL ACROSS THE BOARDT A 17 IN RKYO 17 IN LANCASTER 17, HARRBURGIS 18 IN CARLISLE AND 19 IN GETTYSBURG. BUT HERE THE WINS THEY’RE SUSTAINED AND THEY’RE CONTINUING TO COME UP OUT OF THE NORTH AND WEST AT 10 TO 20 MILESER P HOUR. WE’VE ALREADY SEEN GUSTS CLOSE TO 35. READY THIS MORNING, AND THOSE WIND GUSTS ARE ONLY GOING TO INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AS TTHA NOR’EASTER STARTS TO STRENGTHEN AND MOVE FARTHER AWAY FROM US. SO THE FEELS LIKE TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS FLSEE LIKE THREE IN HARRISBURG WON IN LANCASTER FEELS LIKE ONE BELOW IN LEBANON AND IT FEELS LIKE FOUR DEGREES IN CARLISLE. SO HERE’S THEIN WD GUSTS FORECAST. WE COULD SEE WIND GUSTS AS HIGH AS 35 MAYBE EVEN 40 MILES PER HOUR AS WE GO INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS AND THEN THOSE GUSTS START TO COME DNOW OVERNIGHT AND THEY’RE ESSENTIALLY NON-EXISTENT AS WE HEAD INTO SO LET’S TRACK THOSE FIELDS LIKE TEMPERATURES THROUGHOUT THE DAY MANY SINGLE-DIGIT READINGS OUT THERE SOME SPOTS BELOW ZERO TOMORROW MORNING. THOSE WIND CLLHIS WILL BE RIGHT AROUND THAT ZERO DEGREE MARK AND TOMORROW AFTERNOON. WE WON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MUCH OF A WIND CHILL, WHICH IS GOOD NEWS 28 TOMORROW U TPO 38. THAT’S WHERE WE SHOULD BE THIS TIME OF YEAR AND THEN LOOK AT THOSE 40S MAKING A COMEBACK
