The San Francisco 49ers are a bit banged up heading into the NFC Championship Game against the Los Angeles Rams. Wide receiver Deebo Samuel might not be 100 percent after getting hurt late in last week's win over the Green Bay Packers. Running back Elijah Mitchell is also dealing with a knee injury.

On Friday, things looked even grimmer. Pro Bowl left tackle Trent Williams missed practice again Friday. He did not practice all week and is expected to be a game-time decision.

ESPN NFL 49ers reporter Nick Wagoner noted Williams was seen in uniform. But he walked gingerly off the field as practice began for his teammates. Williams was also injured late in the upset victory over the Packers.

The news isn't all bad though. San Francisco beat the Rams in Week 18 without Williams playing. So, this would not be a deadly blow was he not able to suit up. But with Aaron Donald and Von Miller playing at the level they are right now, it certainly will make things more difficult.

The 49ers have owned the Rams lately. They have won six straight matchups, the most in this series since they won 17 straight from 1990 to 1999.
