We are not going to comment on whether there are enough meters for a home or not because the reality is that there are as many homes as there are people and our needs are never the same, so, depending on the needs, lifestyle, budget, age, etc., etc. yes, just 40 square meters can be ideal for some people.
Here we like to always focus on the positive, it is obvious and evident that in 45 meters we cannot have everything, but if we focus on what we need and prioritize activities and with the furniture and accessories, we will have part of the interior design work solved.
For example, the person who lives here does not seem to work/study at home, but if his house is a place of leisure, individual and with friends, it is a sofa, the large TV or the dining table with four chairs would give us the clues, Those have been their priorities.
Other people would have a study area or more decorations or a library or more storage places or any other matter that was important to their day-to-day or lifestyle.
The best thing about this studio is the cozy atmosphere of the whole complex. The kitchen is white, but that wooden floor, the exposed brick wall, and the leather details in the cabinets or the legs of the wooden chair add that warm point that breaks with the white and makes us want to have a drink.
