We already are victims of crime. Consider the current leadership, (if you can call them leaders), in Washington DC, Albany, and NYC. Crime of every type known to mankind has increased many times. Prices of everything has increased dramatically. The Healthcare system and other professions have lowered standards for employment and it's starting to show.
