CHURCH HILL, Tenn. (WJHL) — A man was taken to a hospital after he was hit by an SUV Thursday evening in Church Hill, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
State troopers say a 31-year-old Kingsport man was struck by a Toyota 4Runner as he was crossing Highway 11W at Silver Lake Road.
The man was taken to Holston Valley Medical Center by ambulance.
The driver of the Toyota was not injured, according to the THP.
No charges will be filed, according to a preliminary crash report from the highway patrol.
