JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Mississippi Supreme Court Chief Justice Mike Randolph extended a COVID-19 emergency order to postpone jury trials scheduled through Friday, February 25.
Emergency Administrative Order 27 stated judges who preside over drug intervention courts also are authorized to modify scheduling of drug testing and home supervision of participants through Friday, February 25.
