Crystal Palace have accelerated their attempts to land Manchester United outcast Donny van de Beek on loan.
The opportunity to sign the Holland star until the end of the season arose at the start of the week and Eagles chiefs have held internal talks about the possibility.
And there is now significant hope at Selhurst Park that a deal for the creative midfielder can be successful in time for Monday's deadline.
