“We're thankful nobody was seriously hurt. Unfortunately, we routinely come across drivers who are under the influence of drugs/alcohol. PLEASE call for a ride, have a sober friend take you home or make other arrangements for your safety & the safety of everyone else on the road,” Tigard police wrote.
