EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders is lining up a potentially tricky period for Tommy Moon, after the youngster finally learns the truth about Phil Mitchell's run-in with the law.
It's been a rollercoaster January for Kat Slater and Phil Mitchell, with Phil breaking up with Kat at the start of the week in a bid to avoid telling her about the real extent of his possible prison sentence.
Despite Kat's insistence that she would try to stand by Phil as he faces prison, Phil decided to call it quits. "It's been good. It's been a laugh, but this 'us', it ain't what I thought it was," he told her. "I don't want it hanging over me when I go inside."
But after confiding in Sharon Watts, tonight's (January 27) episode will see Phil finally reveal to Kat that he's actually facing the possibility of life in prison.

In upcoming scenes, Kat's son Tommy defends his half-sister Scarlett in front of a group of bullies, confident that he has Phil as a back-up – and a threat.
Later that day, Tommy realises that his plan may backfire when Kat and Phil sit the kids down and explain that Phil will soon be going to prison for a very long time.
