BEIJING, China — David Warsofsky is a name familiar to Penguins fans.

U.S. Hockey named him to the national team once NHL players pulled out of the Beijing Olympic Games.

Warsofsky had two stints with the Penguins and the Wilkes-Barre Penguins between 2015 and 2020. He served as captain for Wilkes-Barre just two years ago.

The Pens selected him in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.

Kenny Agostino is another name that may sound familiar to Penguins fans.

They later traded his NHL rights to Calgary in the Jerome Iginla trade, and he went on to play for sex different NHL teams.

Agostino is currently playing in the KHL in Russia.
