I have been taking about 40-60,000 IU daily for many years. Doctors recommend min. of 20,000 IU daily. can't remember when I was sick, I'm in mid 70's.

Really? This is news? Anyone who could think for themselves have been taking Vit D and zink since day 1. A healthy immune system is the best defense.

I take D3 and zinc daily. My entire family had COVID, and I didn't catch it despite having several preexisting conditions and lung damage from having bacterial pneumonia earlier in the year. I'm not vaxed either. I also tested negative for antibodies. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
