Biden could solve multiple issues by nominating Kamala Harris to Supreme Court

Fox News and Newsmax contributor Deroy Murdock suggested that President Joe Biden could solve two issues by nominating Vice President Kamala Harris to fill Justice Stephen Breyer's seat on the Supreme Court. Murdock says that Harris is wildly unpopular as VP and that her nomination would allow Biden to replace her with someone like Sen. Amy Klobuchar.

Biden had previously pledged to nominate a woman of color, which Murdock says "is pandering, but the Democrats play the skin game all the time."

Ultimately Murdock doesn't think Breyer's retirement will be a monumental shift to the SCOTUS.
