Xiaomi has announced the launch of its Redmi Note 11 series for international markets with four new devices that include Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11S, and Redmi Note 11. The latest series comes with improvements and upgrades to its camera system, charging speed, display, and SoC.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11S all come with 108MP primary sensors to offer high resolution. These devices make use of Samsung HM2 sensor with a large 1/1.52" sensor size, and the main camera employs 9-in-1 pixel binning technology along with dual native ISO for higher dynamic range and enhanced color performance.
The 2MP depth camera on Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11S, and Redmi Note 11 allows for the creation of "natural" bokeh effect. Moreover, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11S feature a 16MP front camera for an enhanced user experience. With a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of up to 360Hz, this series delivers "smoother animations and lag-free transitions, while also registering more precise finger touches."
Redmi Note 11 series features a screen size of 6.67-inch and 6.43-inch, and comes with a FHD+ AMOLED DotDisplay bringing DCI-P3 wide color gamut. The new series is also capable of reaching "as much as 1200 nits to ensure the screen"s clarity even in bright daylight." Redmi Note 11 series also brings immersive stereo sound for watching videos and gaming, with dual super linear speakers at the top and bottom of the device.
The Redmi Note 11 comes with a Snapdragon 680 processor, while the Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11S feature an advanced octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 processor and up to 8GB of RAM, while the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is powered by the advanced octa-core processor Snapdragon 695 that delivers 5G connectivity. This series also brings 5,000mAh large-capacity battery, and Xiaomi flagship-level 67W turbo charging in Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 11 Pro. Redmi Note 11S and Redmi Note 11 feature 33W Pro fast charging.
Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11S will offer storage of up to 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB while Redmi Note 11 will offer storage of up to 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB. Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11S, and Redmi Note 11 will be available for purchase starting at $329, $299, $249, and $179, respectively.
Starting February, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 11 Pro will be available for purchase, while Redmi Note 11S and Redmi Note 11 will be available starting January.
