Next week on Holby City, Madge is given a shocking offer, while Nicky makes a final decision over her future and Jac refuses to give up.

1. Madge faces a secret struggle
Madge is having money problems and approaches Hanssen with an ultimatum. She demands to be moved up a pay grade, highlighting that she's in the bottom band for Director of Nursing and she's being vastly underpaid for her experience.
When Hanssen insists that she simply brings up her concerns during her pay review, Madge is left even more frustrated. But her luck could be about to change…
2. Jason is rushed into hospital
Sacha and Donna are alarmed to learn that Jason has been in a car accident, and is being transferred upstairs from the ED.
They endeavour to give him as much peace and quiet as possible, while a selfless Jason is far more concerned about his wife and daughter's welfare than his own.
When Jeong is forced to explain that Jason's injuries are more serious than they originally thought, Donna vows to give him her full attention – despite her other responsibilities. Will Jason be okay?
3. Nicky is haunted by Cameron
Cameron might be gone but he's certainly not forgotten, and his ghostly presence is still looming large next week.
When Patricia Cole – the daughter of one of Cameron's victims – is reluctantly brought onto the wards, she's quick to make her feelings about Nicky known.
Nicky is shaken when she overhears Patricia unleashing some very unsavoury thoughts about her abilities as a doctor and volunteers to step away from the case as a result.
However, when Nicky is called on to save her life in theatre, will Patricia begin to think differently?
4. Donna feels rejected
Donna is determined to follow through on a promise she made to a patient, but none of her colleagues want to help her.
Donna begins to feel dejected when she repeatedly goes above and beyond but gets no recognition from anyone, apart from Jason. How much longer will Donna be able to juggle everything?
5. Nicky makes a final decision over Juliet
Amelia relishes looking after Juliet, but it's clear Eli has some concerns over the arrangement.
As Nicky enjoys immersing herself back into working life, it forces her to face reality over her feelings about being a mum.
Noticing how natural Amelia is with her baby, Nicky explains that she hasn't changed her mind and she doesn't want her back. An emotional Nicky tells Amelia and Eli that she simply doesn't have the feelings she should have towards her daughter, and wants them to care for Juliet full time. What will they say?
6. Madge is given a lucrative offer
Aware of Madge's issues, Regina approaches her for a chat. Having been turned down by Fletch, Regina floats the idea of the nursing job at St James's – heavily hinting that Holby won't pass the trial period it's currently on.
Regina then explains her concerns regarding Jac, and wants Madge to keep an eye on her.
A horrified Madge is resolute in her refusal to be drawn into such unethical behaviour, until Regina gives her a lucrative offer may not be able to refuse. Will a desperate Madge be forced to give in?
7. Max plays a trick on Josh
Max is given food for thought when Ange complains about Josh's lack of interest in their wedding, and decides to intervene.
Josh is then left horrified when Max implies that Ange has picked out a kilt for him to wear and is inspired to take control of the plans instead.
Ange is thrilled by Josh's sudden burst of enthusiasm, unaware that she actually has Max to thank for that…
8. Jac puts her life in Nicky's hands
Jac’s symptoms are rapidly intensifying, making it harder to conceal her health secret from the rest of the team.
After trying and failing to convince Eli to operate on her, Jac turns to Nicky with a life-changing request.
Jac pushes Nicky to overcome her demons and become the doctor she knows she can be, before presenting her with a procedure which could change everything. But just how far is Nicky willing to go to help her friend?
