St. Cloud man killed in early morning crash near Rice

RICE — A 41-year-old St. Cloud man died after his car collided with another vehicle early Wednesday morning on U.S. Highway 10 near Rice.

According to a crash report from the Minnesota State Patrol, Frank Ebo Eshun was traveling south on 30th Avenue when his vehicle collided with an International truck westbound on Highway 10. The truck driver, Carlos Alberto Aquilla, 45, of Coon Rapids, was not injured.

Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash, according to the state patrol.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office and Rice Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene.
