Global Redmi Note 11 Handsets Are Official; 120Hz Displays, 108MP Camera & More

Redmi has announced four Note 11 smartphones for global markets, after the Redmi Note 11 series launched in China back in October. The devices in question are the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11S, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. All of these devices are mid-range offerings by the company, and there are some differences between them.

Needless to say, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is the most prominent one, and is followed by the Redmi Note 11 Pro, Note 11S, and Note 11. The ‘Pro’ models do stand on their own, and we’ll start with them.

Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G & Note 11 Pro

These two smartphones both come with a 6.67-inch fullHD+ 120Hz DotDisplay panel. The 5G variant is fueled by the Snapdragon 695 SoC, while the regular model includes the MediaTek Helio G96 processor.

Both devices come in 6GB and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM models. The 6GB RAM variant offers both 64GB and 128GB of UFS 2.2 flash storage. The 8GB RAM model only comes with 128GB of storage.

67W charging is supported

A 5,000mAh battery sits in both phones, and 67W wired charging is supported. Wireless charging, however, is not. You will find a single 16-megapixel camera on the front side of both of these smartphones.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G includes three cameras on the back, a 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Redmi Note 11, on the other hand, comes with four cameras. A 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth camera.

Side-facing fingerprint scanner is included

A side-facing fingerprint scanner is included on both phones, and both offer two SIM card slots. The second SIM card slot doubles as a storage expansion slot on both phones. An IR blaster is included on both devices, by the way.

Both phones offer two speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. They look the same, and measure 164.19 x 76.1 x 8.12mm, while they weigh 202 grams.

The 5G model comes in Graphite, Gray, Polar White, and Atlantic Blue colors. The regular variant is offered in Graphite, Gray, Polar, White, and Star Blue models.

Both of these phones include rather thin bezels, with a centered display camera hole. Their cameras are placed in the top-left corner on the back.

The Redmi Note 11S and Redmi Note 11 were also launched. The two phones feature a 6.43-inch fullHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, this is also called DotDisplay, by the way.

The Redmi Note 11S is fueled by the MediaTek Helio G96 processor, while the Redmi Note 11 comes with the Snapdragon 680 SoC. Both phones include a 5,000mAh battery, with 33W fast wired charging.

6GB & 8GB RAM models are on offer

The Redmi Note 11S comes in 6GB and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM models. The first variant is available in both 64GB and 128GB UFS 2.2 flash storage options, while the latter comes with 128GB of storage only.

The Redmi Note 11, on the other hand, comes in 4GB and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM models. The first is available in 64GB and 128GB of UFS 2.2 flash storage, while the latter comes in a 128GB storage model only.

Both devices offer a side-facing fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and stereo speakers. Both also come with an IR blaster, and two SIM card slots. They do offer a separate microSD card slot, by the way.

In terms of the selfie unit, the Redmi Note 11S has a 16-megapixel camera, while the Note 11 includes a 13-megapixel one. Both devices measure 159.87 x 73.87 x 8.09mm, and weigh 179 grams.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro 5G look pretty much the same as their more expensive counterparts. They are a bit smaller, though.

The Redmi Note 11S comes in Graphite, Gray, Twilight Blue, and Pearl White colors. The Note 11, on the flip side, is offered in Graphite Gray, Twilight Blue, and Star Blue colors.
