(Greenfield, MA) – There is another key piece of property opening up along Greenfield’s Main Street. Greenfield Community College has announced plans to move its downtown center to the main campus. The GCC Foundation recently voted to sell the approximately 19,000-square-foot building, which had been viewed as prime retail space prior to the foundation’s purchase of it in the early 1990s. The proceeds from the building’s sale will go to support college programs.
