The big thing pro wrestling fans want to know is what big-time presidents are actually like behind the scenes. WWE President Vince McMahon has built quite the reputation while Tony Khan finds himself on a different path in AEW. DDP recently revealed what everyone is actually like behind the scenes.
Diamond Dallas Page has competed for both WWE and AEW and he has seen the way both men handle things. DDP recently spoke to Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT and talked about the two men, he started off with Vince McMahon.
“I think Vince is himself always. He can be the sweetest, most caring person and he can be that ruthless son of a bitch [laughs].”
Tony Khan has built a very positive reputation in the pro wrestling community. Vince McMahon has built a very different reputation for all of his years with WWE.
“Tony Khan is the most gracious, nicest — and I know a couple billionaires but he’s the most gracious, nicest guy. I’ve been there a number of times and he’s just very respectful. He knows it’s his show. What you’re watching is his shit. Cody has something to do with it and the other boys, Jericho and Kenny and those guys and The Bucks they’ve got something to do with it but it’s Tony’s fucking show. Make no mistake about it.”
DDP has seen all sides of the pro wrestling world and he has experienced the two in WWE and AEW. He saw quite the differences between Tony Khan and Vince McMahon.
