Leave it to Dr. Contessa Metcalfe to throw a party that's unlike any other. The Married to Medicine doctor went all out for her husband Dr. Scott Metcalfe's birthday, including with her glamorous outfit.

On January 24, Contessa shared a peek at her party ensemble. The mom of three was stunning in a glittery gold frock with a sultry cutout across the chest. The dramatic gown featured one strap, a high slit on one side as well as a long, sparkly sheer train. Contessa paired the statement-making dress with sleek, gold stilettos that laced halfway up her calves.

The mom's glam was just as beautiful as her ensemble. She flaunted gold eyeshadow, bold lashes, and dark eyeliner, courtesy of makeup artist Timothy Weeden. Celebrity hairstylist Walter George-Fleming finished off Contessa's look with voluminous curls and a deep side part.

"More to come!" she captioned a video from the night, which showed off her dress from all sides.

In a subsequent social media post, Contessa captured more snippets from the celebration. "When I plan a party I don’t miss a single detail!" she explained. A poker table with a stack of chips and a $500 bill with Steve's face on it were on full display. "It’s the little things that [make] a party memorable," she continued, added multiple hashtags including, "Ain't No Party Like a Metcalfe Party." 

Although the party was in January, Scott's birthday was in early November. On November 8, Contessa posted a sweet, celebratory message for her husband writing, "Happy birthday handsome… and thank you for choosing me to create an empire with."
