The Sun can exclusively reveal the three-bedroom, one-bath home was listed for $37K in July of last year.

Only a 30-minute drive away from Amy's old home, the single-story, 1,584-square-foot house was built in 1960, and has a dark red brick exterior with white trimming.

The modest home includes three bedrooms with wooden doors and floors.

The kitchen includes a sink, stove, and wooden cabinets, while the one bathroom also includes a shower and a bathtub.

When Amy, 34, broke the news to Tammy, 35, that she's moving soon, Amy said: "I just made an offer on a house and they accepted it."

Tammy replied: "Okay. Whatever."

Amy continued: "Gage has his own room. He doesn't have to sleep in the kitchen.

"And it has a big a** dining room. I want to get a family picnic table we can put in there."

Tammy said she wanted her sister to "go for it."

When Amy asked if Tammy "would be alright on her own," Tammy responded, "We'll find out."

In a confessional, Amy said: "Tammy would never admit it, but she wants me to stick around because she's afraid of being alone.

"Last time she was alone by herself, she ended up with ammonia and ended up on life support.

"But I still gotta do what's right for my family. Gage comes before Tammy, I'm sorry."

'RAY OF LIGHT'

Fans poured into the TLC Instagram page to comment on the drama.

One wrote: "Amy is such a ray of light. She's focused and determined but Tammy keeps making excuses and you can see she's jealous of her sister."

Another commented: "Tammy's thinking, 'Now who the hell is going to take care of me.'"

A third posted: "Amy feels bad for leaving Tammy alone but she needs to live her life for her and her family."

Yet a fourth encouraged Amy: "You must think of your family, and you must not feel guilty towards Tammy, she's had plenty of opportunities. It's Amy time now."

'NOT TOO CLEAN'

Fans ripped Amy after she showed off her "not clean" mattress during a recent episode, moving the stained bed from her filthy old house into her new one.

Earlier this season, the TLC star invited cleaners into her home, revealing to fans that she struggles with hoarding.

During Monday's show, Amy invited fans along as she and Michael moved from the duplex next door to sister Tammy Slaton into their new, remodeled home.

Amy got emotional during the process, noting the many memories she, Michael, and even Tammy shared in the house.

She recalled getting ready for her wedding in the house and bringing home Gage, her first child.

Fans couldn't focus on the emotional aspect, however, as many were distracted by the mess.

Amy and Michael's mattress, in particular, caught viewers' eyes.

The mattress had an off-white sheet on it that was covered in brown stains on the sides and top.

Amy and Michael moved the mattress with the sheet on it, loading it into a truck and placing it in the house as-is.

Fans were stunned, with one writing: "@TLC made sure we got every angle of that mattress."

One Twitter user wrote: "Me watching them drag this already 'not too clean' mattress on the ground," with a gif of someone looking disappointed.

Another commented: "If the mattress is there for ratings, it's definitely working."

A third Twitter user slammed Amy, saying: "After seeing that mattress, Amy's new house is gon' be just as nasty as the 1st."

Another viewer joked: "what's worse Tammy's attitude or that mattress."

"Amy I will buy you a new mattress and sectional and I mean that please find a way to get in contact with me I got it," someone else offered.

'STAY SAFE'

Tammy shared new selfies just days after the reality star posted from her hospital bed as fans continued to worry about her well-being.

In the first snap, the 1,000-lb Sisters star had a tube attached to her neck.

Tammy had her hand placed on top of her black wardrobe and her long hair was combed and pulled straight back.

In the next snap, Tammy loosened up her hair and curled up her strands.

Fans jumped to the comments section and hoped Tammy was feeling better with her new look.

A third fan mentioned: "Cute... love your hair," while one chimed in, "You look great Tammy."

Recently, Tammy left fans much worried about her well-being.

The TV star shared a series of Instagram posts from what appeared to be a hospital bed.
