NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a group of armed suspects wanted for repeatedly stabbing a Bronx convenience store employee during a robbery.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 a.m., on Friday, January 21, inside of a store located at 1398 Grand Concourse in the Claremont section.
According to officials, the group of suspects entered the store and brandished firearms and knives.
The suspects then assaulted multiple store employees and forcibly took an unknown amount of money from a cash register and cell phones, authorities said.
A 37-year-old male store employee was then stabbed by the suspects multiple times in the neck, torso, and arm, and was taken by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in critical condition.
