91-year-old man dies in blaze at home in Queens

A 91-year-old man died in a house fire in Queens Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out in the home on 88th Avenue in Bellerose around 6:45 a.m.

The victim, identified by police as Mario Yanni, was discovered unconscious and unresponsive on the first floor.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
