Glazer says the thing that has helped him most with his daily depression and anexiety is calling friends for help.

"Mine is a daily thing," Glazer said. "Every single day I wake up man, I don't know what version of myself I am going to get. I feel like the sky is going fall. I just feel like I don't know how to love myself from the inside out, so I feel like I deserve for bad things to happen to me. Which is a lousy way to kind of go through life. It's hard for me to get out of bed, but once I make that decision to get out of bed, man I will go after things relentlessly. I am just not getting out, I am going for it.

"Last week, I had a really bad where I could not get my ass out of bed. So I called one of my fight teammates, a guy named Mark Kerr, who was the first ever UFC Champ of the world, big 285-pound guy.

"So Mark came over, he literally peeled me off my couch. Then we sparred and I felt great."
