Kostin logged an assist and two hits in Monday's 7-1 loss to the Flames.

Kostin snapped a 10-game point drought with his helper on Tyler Bozak's first-period marker. That cold spell dated back to Nov. 22 for Kostin, who missed time with an upper-body injury and spent time with AHL Springfield during that stretch. The 22-year-old has six points, 24 shots on net, 74 hits, 14 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 28 games this season as he tries to establish himself as an everyday NHLer.
