The Pittsburgh Steelers are already making moves, but it's not concerning their quarterback void as Ben Roethlisberger won't return next season.

The Steelers, however, appear to be already shoring up on other positions after signing a controversial wide receiver, who perhaps is mostly remembered recently for throwing a punch.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Steelers signed Anthony Miller to a future/reserves deal, hoping that the 27-year-old former Memphis standout can rejuvenate his career.

The Chicago Bears had high hopes for Miller when they drafted him as the 51st overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Some believed he was a good steal. But after a promising rookie year in which he led the Bears in receiving scores, his play declined. The Steelers now hope he'll regain his form.

Miller's final game for the Bears was marred by controversy after he got ejected in the third quarter for punching New Orleans Saints defensive back CJ Gardner-Johnson in the head. It was a bitter end to an underwhelming three-year stint. The Bears eventually shipped him to the Houston Texans, appearing in just two games before being released.

The Steelers picked up Miller last October as part of the practice squad. He was activated in Week 12, but it was his lone appearance on the season. But with the latest development, Miller might see more snaps with the Steelers.

Aside from finding Roethlisberger's replacement, the Steelers are also searching for a new defensive coordinator.
