Young lady do not go back home on your next break from school. Go visit with friends or stay on campus.. and yes I am a mother of a grown adult and would never have done this. Hell I would of toils you to grab me a few things as well. And for the mother You can’t always protect her. You have to trust that she knows what and what not to do. Let the girl breathe a little.

What kind of rule is that? I was driving when it was dark at age 16. And yes, it was for a good reason. Sounds like a control issue to me. BTW, I traveled from Germany, where my father was stationed, to the US when I was 18 to go to college. You have to let your children go at some point, for their own good.
