KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Corbin man was arrested after officers responded to a complaint of a female being held against her will on Friday, Jan. 21.

Upon arrival, deputies witnessed 39-year-old Charles Gray attempt to run out the back door, but he was detained by Knox County deputies.

The female victim was found inside the home and told deputies she had been raped and sexually abused by Gray.

According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Department, Gray is charged with:

  • Rape – 1st Degree
  • Sexual abuse – 1st Degree
  • Terroristic threatening – 3rd Degree
  • Fleeing or evading police -1st Degree

He is being held in the Knox County Detention Center.
