Sleeping Disorders

It's Mental Health Monday here on Living Oklahoma and today we are focusing on sleeping disorders. NAMI says about 1 in 3 people in the US report having trouble sleeping at least one night per week. Insomnia is caused by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early in the morning.
