Tony Chachere’s Winning Touchdown Air Fried Spicy Chicken Sliders with Secret Sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in half
Tony Chachere’s 30 minute Chicken Marinade
1 egg
1 cup milk or buttermilk
1 cup Panko crumbs
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s Bold Seasoning
Dill or spicy pickles
Slider buns
# 2 recipe Secret Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Bold Seasoning
2 teaspoons diced jalapeños
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Mix all ingredients, together.
1.Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
2.Place chicken thighs in a zip lock bag. Pour 1/2 bottle of marinade into the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3.Beat egg and milk in one bowl.
4.Mix flour, Panko crumbs and Tony seasoning.
5.Take out thighs and place on paper towel.
6.Dredge each thigh through egg mixture and flour mixture. Set aside until all pieces are done.
7.Place in air fryer. May have to do 2 batches depending on your size.
8.Cook at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
9.Serve with slider buns, spicy pickles and Secret Sauce
