Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski spoke with the media Monday morning following the Buccaneers 30-27 loss the the Rams. He was, like most players asked about their future with the team.
Gronkowski says he would consider returning to Bucs even if Tom Brady retires: "I'll never throw anything off the board."

That statement is a bit of a shock in that nearly ever talking head assumed Gronkowski would only stick around if quarterback Tom Brady did.
Gronkowski elaborated a bit on his answer, “You can’t make a decision in that mindset.” As reported by Greg Auman of The Athletic, Gronkowski will take some time to let his body recover, then go from there. The tight end for the Buccaneers wasn’t done, “it’s been an unbelievable ride”.
