Why The Jazz Could Cover The Spread
Utah getting nearly double-digits in this spot, even on the back-to-back. The Jazz however are 3-7 in their last ten games, as they have struggled with injuries across the roster over that span. Gobert is back and if he's able to go on the back-to-back, the Jazz should have a chance to stay within single digits. The Jazz are going through a bit of a rough patch, but they are a quality group and should pull out of it sooner than later.
Why The Suns Could Cover The Spread
Chris Paul and Davin Booker should be able to pull out the win for the Suns this one vs. a shorthanded Jazz backcourt. Phoenix has won nine of their last ten games and six in a row. They have the best record in the NBA and will look to improve on that in this one. Paul and Booker remain the premiere backcourt in the NBA, and they may be poised for a run at another NBA Finals this summer.
