Gonzalez said Gutierrez was not on his bike at the time of the accident but was blocking the exit ramp when he was allegedly hit by the suspect, who appeared intoxicated. The suspect, a 40-year-old woman whose identity has not been released, has been charged with intoxication assault of a police officer and failure to stop and render aid, according to Fox News.
