Devolver Digital has dropped a new video for the upcoming action RPG Weird West exploring combat and abilities.

This time, creative director Raphael Colantonio showcases some of the game’s combat mechanics. The idea of playing your own way is paramount here, which should come as no surprise as Colantonio was formerly the co-creator of Dishonored. You’ll be able to aim your weapons at any interactive item in Weird West, opening up lots of gun-slinging opportunities.

You’ll also be able to enhance your combat through abilities and perks to suit your playstyle. Fancy setting everyone in radius on fire around you as you fill them with lead? Why not. Heck, throw an entire lightning storm at your foes if you want. Naturally, stealth will also be an option, with abilities to turn you invisible or avoid some combat situations altogether.

Weird West was originally set to already be with us, but was delayed at the tail end of last year. In a statement at the time, developer WolfEye said it wanted “to ensure that the game they’ve worked on for years is launched in the best form possible.”

There’s not too much longer to go now. You can check out the new video below, and Weird West is set to drop on Xbox, PlayStation and PC on March 31. It’ll also be available via Xbox Game Pass.
