The Pistons assigned Lee to the G League's Motor City Cruise on Monday.
Lee will presumably suit up for Motor City in its game Monday against the Grand Rapids Gold, but look for him to rejoin the Pistons ahead of their next matchup Tuesday versus the Nuggets. The second-year player fell out of the rotation in Sunday's 117-111 loss to Denver, with Cory Joseph and Killian Hayes covering all the minutes at point guard.
