The Pistons assigned Stanley to the G League's Motor City Cruise on Monday.
Stanley will presumably suit up for Motor City in its game Monday against the Grand Rapids Gold, but he could rejoin the Pistons ahead of their next matchup Tuesday versus the Nuggets. The second-year wing is currently in the midst of his third 10-day deal with Detroit, but it's unclear if he'll stick on the roster once that contract expires.
