A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 16-22 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Darryl and Lucille Maslak, of Thomaston, Connecticut, sold 3445 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Ario Rezaei and Azadeh Yavari, of Jacksonville, for $1.5 million. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, dune walk and 2,466 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $520,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Larry Mercer, individually and as trustee, sold 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 206, to Michael Kunce, of Palm Coast, for $1.2 million. Built in 2006, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 3,070 square feet.

David and Jacqueline Schweizer, of Warrenton, Virginia, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 319, to Karen and Craig Sverdlow, of Windemere, for $570,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $415,000.

Leonid and Liana Vilenskiy sold 22 Lake Forest Court, Unit 22, to Maria Chitren, of Palm Coast, for $189,900. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,046 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $63,300.

Atlanta Beach

James and Teresa Hale, of Flagler Beach, sold 2700 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Gregory and Kelli McKinley, of Flagler Beach, for $923,500. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $400,000.

Belle Terre

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 45 Palmyra Lane to Felix and Grace Tartaglia, of Palm Coast, for $272,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Daniel and Vicki Malueg sold 76 Emerson Drive to Jenna Corso, of North Haven, Connecticut, for $325,500. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,855 square feet.

Eagle Lakes

Emily and Aaron Goodwin, of Jacksonville, sold 20 Turtle Ridge Drive to Timothy Retamoza and Hannah Sutton, of Flagler Beach, for $347,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,914 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $269,100.

Grand Haven

Frank and Evelyn Musto, individually and as trustees, sold 14 Lakeview Lane to Marilyn Berning, as trustee, for $487,500. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,096 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 684 Grand Reserve Drive to Ernesto and Graciela Motta, of Bunnell, for $291,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 102 Burroughs Drive to Stephen Trimble, of Palm Coast, for $295,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Hugo Infante, of Palm Coast, sold 40 Richland Lane to Thomas and Joyce Melo, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,228 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $230,000.

Brite Properties of Florida LLC, of Orlando, sold 28 Rykill Way to Sheldon and Denise Corey, of Northfield, New Hampshire, for $327,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,779 square feet.

Eric and Aline Cook, of Odessa, sold 40 Freeland Lane to Dale and Joy Fargo, of Palm Coast, for $347,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,224 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $194,300.
