SAN FRANCISCO — Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry struggled shooting the ball once again, this time against Rudy Gobert and the Utah Jazz. While the Warriors squeaked out a 94-92 win, Curry finished the game with just 13 points on 5-of-20 shooting from the field and showed clear frustration. In his postgame interview, he was asked about the cause of his struggles.

“Who gives a damn about excuses? … You either make shots or miss shots. I got to start making some shots,” Curry quickly responded.

The three-time NBA champion wasn't angry when he responded, he just was keeping it real. Shooting poorly is something that's bothering the 3-point king, and he's trying to figure out how to rectify the situation. The answer to Curry's struggles could be as simple as what Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said in his postgame interview.

“Shots just aren't going,” Kerr told ClutchPoints. “He's human, and I think what's happening is he reminding everybody that he actually is human.”

Curry has dominated from long range so long that every single time he shoots everyone thinks it's going in. Now that shots aren't going in and he's in the longest slump of his career, it's shocking to the human eye. The Warriors star doesn't plan on changing anything about his approach or the way he shoots the ball, because he believes the work he put in will eventually speak for itself.
