A video of Adele crying has been circulating the internet where she contacted her fans following the last-minute cancellation of her most anticipated Las Vegas residency.

Apparently, an assistant from Adele's team carried an iPhone around a pop-up merchandise store, allowing the singer to speak directly to her fans, which later put many more fans into tears.

The "When We Were Young" singer personally apologized to her fans after canceling her residency due to COVID production issues. She also addressed those concert-goers who even traveled from abroad to meet her, via FaceTime.

The Heartwarming Video Call With Adele

In a video call, the Grammy-award winner stated, "Get your free bag - and you're not old enough to drink, are you, so you can't have that free drink token."

"Get your freebies and chat to anyone. Ask any of my team anything about the show, ask them anything about me, about the show." The 33-year-old singer also admitted she had "bled and fucking sweated and cried" into preparing for the show. "So just have fun to all the fans and I'm really sorry and it's really nice to meet you both."

Adele even personally messaged her fans on Twitter direct messages, apologized for postponing her "Weekends With Adele" residency, and invited them to visit her Vegas gift store.
