Find out how to recognize and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression

University Health & Counseling Services invites all undergraduate and graduate students to gain an increased understanding of anxiety and depression in the upcoming workshop, “Rethinking Anxiety & Depression.” The goal of this fast-paced, three-session workshop is to provide students with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms. 

The workshop will take place Feb. 2, 9, and 16 (all Wednesdays), from 2 to 3 p.m. Students should be able to attend all three sessions. The workshop will be held virtually; Zoom information will be sent after registration. Register via CampusGroups. 

Open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University podiatry undergraduate, graduate and professional students.
