VIVIZ will finally present former GFRIEND Members SinB, Eunha, and Umji again to the public.

Former GFRIEND members SinB, Eunha, and Umji, start anew in October as the trio signed with Big Planet Made following their departure from Source Music. Their current agency offered them a warm welcome months ago, sharing a black and white portrait of the K-pop idols.

All three members also shared personal messages to their fans, asking them to continue supporting them ahead of their debut. While the other members chose different agencies, the three women stayed together, and they are about to deliver new music to fans.

On Monday, BPM Entertainment's official YouTube channel dropped a short teaser of the upcoming girl group. One frame shows SinB, Eunha, and Umji rocking their light blue, violet, and red-colored hairs.

Fans, who have been with them since the GFRIEND era, immediately showed massive support by liking and sharing the teaser video. As of the writing, it already has 23,000 likes and over 110,000 views.

While they are starting to expand their career once again, the other GFRIEND members also do the same under their new companies. Sowon chose to pursue an acting career under IOK, while Yerin signed with Sublime Artist Agency. Yuju, on the other hand, joined Kang Daniel's KONNECT Entertainment and is now preparing for a solo debut.

Why Did GFRIEND Disband?

In May 2021, GFRIEND shocked their fans as their agency, Source Music, revealed that it would part ways with the girl group after "careful consideration and extensive discussion." The label revealed that its contract with GFRIEND would end on May 22, leaving fans in shock, especially since the breakup was too sudden.

Some also alleged that the end of the contract ignited the group's disbandment – which happened the following day. The events happened contrasting what the previous reports suggested, which included GFRIEND's supposed mini-album and new contract in the 4th Financial Quarter of 2021.

Although the split was abrupt, fans are now happy that the members are in a better place, although they are no longer together as a whole group.
