Digital Media Center Technician

This position will demonstrate up-to-date experience in video production, studio operations, audio/video operation and maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and multimedia support services. Responsibilities include providing technical support for Digital Media Center operations and productions and coordinating, recording, and editing of university-sanctioned events.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in any information technology field; or two years of experience providing information technology support services involving hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

University Student Success Coordinator

This position supports student success and engagement by regularly engaging with students to help them navigate WCU experiences and connecting them with resources. Responsibilities include designing and administering student engagement campaigns to nudge students on responsibilities such as placement exercises for incoming students, returning student registration, and readmission invitations. 

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree, a minimum of one year of experience supporting students, and experience developing communications to support student engagement.

Customer Service Representative – Bursar’s Office

This position provides professional, courteous, and accurate service and guidance to an assigned group of students. He/she is responsible for all non-cash aspects of student accounts, including billing, refunds, collection, and maintaining acceptable levels of accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical accounting work; or an associate degree in accounting or business administration, including or supplemented by six credits in accounting; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
