Qualifying was on Saturday—yes, it’s a little confusing that the cars qualify for the Sunday qualifying race, but it makes the weekend a lot more interesting than just driving around for conventional practice. Which there was plenty of, too.
Where to Watch the Rolex 24 Weekend
The IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season opener, the BMW Endurance Challenge, will air on Peacock, NBC’s streaming service, on January 28, 1:35 to 5:35 p.m. ET.
On January 29, the Rolex 24 will air on NBC from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Then it switches to Peacock and (outside the North America) IMSA.tv until 12 midnight ET. It’s also on USA Network from 4 to 7 p.m. ET. It’s back on USA from 10 p.m. to midnight ET.
January 30, it’s on USA from midnight to 3 a.m ET, and it is also on Peacock and IMSA TV from midnight to 1:40 a.m. ET. From 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., it’s on USA. And from noon to 2 p.m., it’s on NBC.
