Home and Away's Mia Anderson faces an upsetting experience on UK screens next week as Chloe's biological father Matthew Montgomery arrives in the Bay.
Mia (Anna Samson) is forced to revisit traumatic memories from her past as Matthew insists on getting to know his daughter for the first time.
In upcoming episodes on Channel 5, Mia spots Matthew (James Sweeny) coming out of the gym, where he has been enquiring about her.
Mia decides to keep her partner Ari Parata (Rob Kipa-Williams) in the dark over what's going on and deal with this situation herself.

Mia chases after Matthew and warns him that she doesn't want any contact with him. Matthew insists that he's in the Bay to meet his child and accuses Mia of being unfair by leaving him to wonder where they were for so many years.
Mia lets slip to Matthew that their child is a daughter called Chloe, but she reiterates that he'll never be able to meet her.
The next day, Matthew is heading to the Diner when he overhears Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger) calling out to Chloe (Sam Barrett).

Matthew realises this must be his daughter, so he tricks Irene by enquiring about Chloe's food venture. Irene happily hands over Chloe's business card, which contains all of her contact details.
Later, Matthew warns Mia that he already knows how to contact Chloe and plans to proceed with or without her blessing.
Matthew asks Mia why she never mentioned him to their daughter, but she reminds him that she didn't give her consent on the night that Chloe was conceived. Mia has never been able to bring herself to tell Chloe about the sexual assault.
Deceptive Matthew denies that this is what happened, but Mia reminds him that his career as a barrister could be under threat if the truth ever came out. How will Matthew react when Mia tells him to leave their lives for good?
Home and Away airs these scenes on Tuesday, February 1 and Wednesday, February 2 at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR.
